Aims and activities of the organisation
The Future Now 2006 NGO organization was established in 2006 by specialists in the field of education and training. Every year the organization works with more than 900 children and youth from Bulgaria and Europe and between 35 and 120 teachers, youth workers, trainers and instructors.
The main goals of the Learning organization “Future Now 2006” are:
– Improving the quality of youth work and employability;
– Development of competencies in young people for the implementation of civic and youth initiatives at local and national level;
– Development of alternative educational programs;
– Training of teachers and lecturers in alternative methodologies;
– Environmental and adventure education;
– Promoting non-formal education and training;
– Social integration of disadvantaged young people.
For its contribution to the integration of education and culture in 2015, Future has now won the European Parliament’s Citizens’ Initiative Prize. The organization has been awarded 5 times for good practices in the Erasmus +, Lifelong Learning and Youth in Action programs. Future now is a member of national and local networks – CEEweb for biodiversity, Rückenwind, European Outdoor Education Network, National Youth Forum (NYF) and through it in the European Youth Forum (YFJ), Euro-Net, National Network for Children (NNC), Future now is the creator and engine of a network of centers for ecological life and sustainable agriculture “Living Places” in Bulgaria.
We offer training programs for young people under the auspices of the International Award of the Duke of Edinburgh in Bulgaria, implementing the program in 2009. Currently, 70 organizations are members, training over 1000 young people, supported by more than 350 mentors-youth workers in Bulgaria. Nowadays the organization is operating independently on the National level.
Representatives of the Future now take part in European Parliament sessions, European Youth Forum meetings and the annual Youth Events in Strasbourg and the Annual International Climate Conferences.
Key achievements of the organization in the thematic area of this proposal:
- Creation of a methodology for work following the European trends for quality youth work, Handbook “Training for youth workers”, Handbook “Training of trainers”; Training program for young people for realization on the labor market;
- Training of youth workers in a program and materials for youth work and entrepreneurship at the local level, Project “Non-formal learning for employment” (2014-1-BG01-KA205-001743);
- Transfer of practical knowledge and know-how in the field of permaculture, biodynamic and organic agriculture, project “Future for Rhodope agriculture” (301 BGR / SGP / OP5 / CORE / LD / 12/19).
- Development of career skills, entrepreneurial skills and competences for lifelong learning of disadvantaged young people.
- Use of ICT-based training programs for youth workers and young people.
CACSUP
Aims and activities of the organisation
Is an organization working to support the local community in Senegal and Sub-Saharan Africa in various sectors. CACSUP’s activities extend to the national level and are supported by a wide partner network.
The organization consists of an executive team of 25 people and a board of honorary members of 20 members and a network of student volunteers. CACSUP partners are Cheikh Anta Diop University in Dakar, UCAD University, the Ministry of Higher Education, the Ministry of Vocational Training, the Ministry of Youth, the Ministry of Trade and the Ministry of Social Policy.
The organization works together on various projects with the PUMA Affected Areas Rehabilitation Program, the Dakar Autonomous Port, financial institutions such as IMCEC, (micro-financing institution that provides project management funding) and AfDB (African Development Bank).
The organization also has experience in international partnerships: cooperation with the Turkish organization TIKA, which is a strategic partner of CACSUP. In the joint work, TIKA funded 8 medical campaigns under the project of the Center for Training and Integration for Vulnerable People from Kolda and Ziginchor, 3 exchanges of experience
between Turkish and Senegalese students and the Center for Financing for Agriculture ROFF.
The organization has signed partnership agreements and is already present in the 4 target regions where this project proposal is focused.
Role in the project
CACSUP coordinates and manages the activities at the local level in Senegal, and will be the main beneficiary in the area of capacity development
They will set up a management team with representatives from the governor of the region, the regional agency for local development, the municipal council, the regional youth council, the regional women’s council and the vocational training department.
A group of representatives from partner organizations will be formed, who will also be invited as trainees in the project. Teachers from vocational schools and experts from the region will also be involved.
Active young people from the Incubator for Women’s Associations, students and fellows and members of youth associations will be selected as trainees in the trainings included in the project.
At the end of the project, the trained young people will be supported by CACSUP and World Vision (Swiss organization for youth entrepreneurship) to start their own business.
All these businesses and young people will be able to manage themselves through web-based software.
EURO-NET
Aims and activities of the organisation
EURO-NET is a non-profit association that is a member or associate member of 58 international networks (5 of which are EU networks: EUROPE DIRECT, EUROGUIDANCE, EURODESK, SOLVIT and EBN-EUROPEAN CENTER FOR BUSINESS AND INNOVATION).
EURO-NET provides the following services to children, young people and adults:
– center for information and project development
– organizing training, exchange and cultural, artistic or sporting courses
– sector research, studies.
– counseling, crisis support and prevention
– e-learning, networking, partnerships, training courses and seminars
– publications, bulletins,
– applications, websites, e-learning platforms,
– videos and movies (also for movies!), cartoons
– electronic games and augmented reality.
The organization has implemented more than 450 European projects under the programs: “Youth”, “Youth in Action”, “Socrates”, “Leonardo”, “Lifelong Learning”, “Progress”, “Daphne”, “Culture”, “Erasmus”. + “And others.
EURO-NET has been selected twice by the European Commission in the pan-European working groups for its competencies and published 3 times for its best practices in the field of media and communications.

The association cooperates with many public administrations with which it has specific agreements for the dissemination of activities for minors and adults.
EURO-NET is an organization with vast experience in youth work. It has successfully implemented more than 150 projects in the field of youth, training and education. It creates and maintains a network of 45 organizations at European level in 22 EU Member States and 3 partner countries. EURO-NET maintains and operates in the network of Europe Centers directly and Euro-Desk.
The specific expertise of the organization related to this proposal is:
- Development of materials and games for social entrepreneurship and ecology;
- Management of a local youth hub-incubator in the city of Potenza, Italy;
- Management and administration of training programs for youth workers – more than 35 projects;
- Development and implementation of innovations in the field of ICT for youth work;
- Support for the realization of young people in the field of vocational education;
- Implementation of projects for social entrepreneurship and support of start-up companies;
Development of programs for organizational capacity in youth work.
