Kick-off meeting were realized online in Zoom platform.

Description: At this meeting the foundations of the project were discused, the plan for realization of the project, the strategy for dissemination of the results and the dates for carrying out all activities has been adopted.
During the meeting, the teams agreed how to sign the partnership agreements defining the tasks and responsibilities of each partner in the project, as well as the budget allocation for each of the partners for the activities envisaged in the project.
During the meeting every partner present the organization and activites in order to strat the transfer of capacity among all partners.
Every partner gived their feedback of the project plan and implementation. Every partner present the curent COVID-19 situation in their country. We postpone the mobility for October 2021. The tickets and travel were booked and organized but because of the COVID case with one of the mobility and meeting were postponed for November 2021. We are planing to realise this mobility in the first possible moment as we have booked tickets and aranged agenda.
This meeting will allow us to meet and discuss the project development in person and in details, make organizational arangements and discuss the agenda of next mobilites in Senegal and Bulgaria.
