Activity 2: A series of 10 online webinars with CACSUP team.

Description: We start the organization of the webinars in the first month of the project by discussing the topics and themes relevant for the development of CACSUP team. Some topics were prepared for the benefit of the team members and their expectations. We started the series of webinars in April 2021 after 3 months of selection and preparation of the participants.
All the participants went through a process of selection and preparation that lead to serious engagement in the project implementation. They receive initial information and preparation from CACSUP coordinator and management. All the selected members and youth workers were active on local level and in the regions where the project implement the program and materials. CACSUP organized 4 live meetings related to the online training part.
Every participant has his own project with youth that the development of the project will support. In the webinars those projects received a serious support by the trainers and other participants. Based on the needs and willingness of the CACSUP staff we organized the whole training as an English language course where the staff and Youth workers can improve their level of English during their learning and personal development.
We extend the scope of the training to Bisсau where we started the new hub coordinated by Youth workers from CACSUP. This is development of the project in Sub-Saharan region. Like that we extend the expected impact and results of the project.
Topics of the webinars covered:
• Improving the quality of youth work in the partner organization;
• Optimizing and documenting the work with young people at the local level;
• Creating a capacity and program to complement the formal education system and the suitability of young people for the labor market;
• Personal management and resources for managing others (including setting boundaries, communication, supervision, mentoring, staff selection and recruitment, project management, temporary employment and volunteering);
• Work management (resources, projects and strategic planning);
• Analyzing the cultural and social specifics of organizations and managing processes with them;
• Understanding the legal aspects and policies for running a youth organization and project;
• Financial policy, investment and financial management and accounting;
• Software management for management and development of eco startups and youth development;
• Development in practice based on measurable indicators of success;
• Leadership in modern World;
• Entrepreneurship and management;
